This could be fun... But it would be exploited sooo much... I like the idea of fighting in-town, instead of an instant kill button I would prefer to get a group together and attack anyone I find spamming...

On-Topic: Although it sounds good, it's really pointless in an instance-based game. Maybe if it were a soloable game (meaning being in a 1/1 room until players "join in" with you) it'd be viable (i.e.: Diablo). However, I'm afraid that Anet just wouldn't buy that concept. On the contrary, I think they'd like for you to pay them for making such a suggestion... /notsigned |

After getting over the inital disappointment from the thread, a vision came to me...
Imagine dropping into Kamadan and while loading, you hear wild bestial shouting, arrows pew-pewing, endless stampeding, war cries, the melodic harmony of a million skill sound effects firing off, followed by the shattering of glass and crates, daggers ching-chinging, the clashing of metal on metal, hammers thumping on skulls, and the tantalizing death wail of Necros. Then the town materialzes and a female monk with the buns hairstyle flies past you, clothes tattered, tears dried on her face from running in the wind, sandals about to fall apart, and 7-8 Wammos in tow. On the bridges, Rangers are crip-shotting anything and everything that comes within c-space range while others are running away from angry name-calling warriors. All over the town floor Assassins are laying dead, cursing out and screaming variations of noob at everyone, with a few /ranking the corpses of lvl 5 Eles/Necs/Mezes. Ritualists camp out in the safety of their spirit army/maze, fielding death threats from melee before finally being cut down - along with their etheral buddies - by a dervish pain train. Oh shi-.... a Paragon just degened out over there in the corner. Mesmers cry tears of laugher from all the hate spewing out towards them from disoriented "wtf killed me" babble. Necros bathe themselves in energy and souls from the battle until the whole district decides to turn on them and their tights-wearing, river-dancing counterparts. ... That was awesome. Play it again. |
